DAY 3, Monday – Siena & San Gimignano Excursion
Today begin your full day excursion with a drive to the medieval city of Siena, site of the famous Horserace of Palio. This traditional race takes place each year on July 2nd and August 16th, and runs in celebration of the holy apparition and assumption of the Virgin Mary, patron saint of the city.
