Our day focused on two of the most exclusive motor valley car factory tours: Pagani and Lamborghini. Both factory tours offer a rare glimpse into the artistry, innovation, and speed that define Italian automotive excellence.
From Verona to Pagani: Handcrafted Italian Supercars
We left Verona early in the morning and drove south through the scenic countryside to San Cesario sul Panaro, where Pagani Automobili designs and builds its world-famous hypercars.
The Pagani factory tour felt more like visiting an art studio than an assembly line. Each Pagani is hand-built using carbon fiber, titanium, and the finest Italian materials. Watching the technicians work up close revealed the perfect blend of engineering precision and artistic craftsmanship that makes the Pagani Huayra and Zonda true masterpieces.
The guided tour also includes the Pagani Museum, where visitors can admire past and present models, design sketches, and the story of founder Horacio Pagani’s dream to create “movable art.”

The Lamborghini Factory Tour and Simulator Experience
After exploring Pagani, we continued our drive to Sant’Agata Bolognese, home to Automobili Lamborghini. The contrast was striking — where Pagani exudes quiet artistry, Lamborghini radiates raw power and emotion.
The Lamborghini factory tour takes visitors through the production lines of the Huracán and Revuelto, showing how Italian design, innovation, and performance come together. Seeing the handcrafted leather interiors, precision assembly, and final inspection up close was truly inspiring.
Our visit ended with a thrilling session in the Lamborghini Driving Simulator, which let us feel the adrenaline of driving one of these supercars — no track required! It’s a must for anyone visiting the Lamborghini Museum and factory.
Tip: Book both the tour and simulator in advance, as spots are limited — especially during peak travel seasons.
Ferrari: The Prancing Horse of Maranello
No trip to Motor Valley is complete without visiting Ferrari in Maranello, just south of Modena. The Ferrari Museum showcases legendary cars, from classic racing models to the latest supercars.

The Maserati Experience complements the thrill of Lamborghini and Pagani with a more understated luxury that still embodies Italian performance and design excellence.
