Day 1 Depart United States
FRIDAY – Boarding your overnight flight, you’re off on the adventure of a lifetime!
Day 2 Rome
SATURDAY – Welcome to the Eternal City!
After arriving in Rome, you’ll have free time to explore the Eternal City. Take a stroll past centuries-old fountains, sip an espresso, or simply soak in the Roman energy.
Tonight, you’ll meet your group and tour leader for a welcome drink in the hotel; be sure to ask your tour leader for restaurant suggestions as you’ll have the evening free to dine wherever you please!
Day 3 Ancient Rome Colosseum and Imperial Rome
SUNDAY – Enjoy a scenic driving tour of Imperial Rome, passing by the Roman Forum, Circus Maximus, and the Great Synagogue in the historic Jewish Quarter.
Then, step inside the Colosseum and imagine the roar of the crowd as gladiators faced lions under the watchful eye of the Emperor. Walk in the footsteps of emperors and gladiators as history comes alive.
This evening, dinner is on your own. Ask your tour leader for a local recommendation or wander and discover a Roman trattoria. Don’t miss trying a Supplì—a crispy rice ball with tomato, meat, and mozzarella, a true local favorite!
Day 4 Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St Peter’s Basilica
MONDAY – A morning of majesty awaits with a guided tour of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica – artistic wonders and spiritual grandeur in one!
You’ll have some free time this afternoon. Tonight, enjoy a lively dinner out in the charming neighborhood of Trastevere.
Day 5 Rome to Sorrento with Pompeii
TUESDAY – Leave the Eternal City behind as we journey south to explore the haunting ruins of Pompeii, a city forever frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. Walk its ancient streets and uncover daily life as it was nearly 2,000 years ago.
Then, continue to the stunning coastal town of Sorrento, perched above the Bay of Naples.
This evening, you’ll enjoy a dinner out at a local restaurant.
Day 6 Sorrento to Capri
WEDNESDAY – Today, we set sail for the legendary Isle of Capri. Marvel at dramatic sea cliffs, stroll through the chic town center, and soak in breathtaking views. Weather permitting, enjoy a private boat tour around the island, cruising past the iconic Faraglioni—towering rock formations rising from the Mediterranean.
You’ll also visit the striking Grotta Bianca, one of Capri’s beautiful sea caves. Then, enjoy free time to explore on your own or join an optional excursion with your tour leader.
Later this afternoon, we sail back to the mainland, with the rest of the day and evening free for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Day 7 Sorrento Free Day
Today, the schedule is all yours! No wake-up calls, no group tours—just a full day to enjoy the stunning seaside town of Sorrento however you please.

Day 8 – Amalfi and Positano
FRIDAY – This morning you’ll have a chance to explore Positano, Italy’s postcard-perfect cliffside village.
After that, you’ll head over to Amalfi, a postcard-perfect town that feels like it’s been plucked from a dream. Take photos, browse boutiques, and enjoy lunch on your own before heading back to Sorrento.
Tonight, you’ll celebrate your final night as a group with a dinner out at a local restaurant.
Day 9 – Depart Italy to Return home
SATURDAY – After a week of unforgettable moments, it’s time to head home – hearts full, cameras full, and plenty of stories to share!
