Low Price Guarantee
The ItalianTourism.us Low Price Guarantee is available to travelers who have booked a cruise, escorted tour, or vacation package with www.ItalianTourism.us. If you find a lower rate on another website within 7 days of your booking, and your request is approved, we will match the rate, or if you have already paid in full, we will refund the difference.
To submit and request the Low Price Guarantee for your booking, you must call ItalianTourism.us at 800-227-1577 within 7 days of your purchase and provide the following information:
Booking confirmation number
Name
Telephone number with area code
Cruise Line / Tour Operator name
Price currently booked
Complete Web address (URL) reflecting the lower rate you found online
Terms & Conditions
Claims are eligible only if they are for the same ship, sailing date, and cabin category as booked through www.ItalianTourism.us, or the same vacation package tour operator, dates, and destination.
Claims are eligible only if the lower rate is available for booking at the time you contact ItalianTourism.us.
Claims are eligible only if the lower rate is allowable within vendor guidelines. Any additional fees charged by the other online travel agency such as booking, service, shipping, or handling fees will adjust the final price.
The ItalianTourism.us Low Price Guarantee only applies to advertised rates and available to the general public. This does not include group, charter, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator, interline rates, etc.
The ItalianTourism.us Low Price Guarantee only applies if you meet all requirements of the lower rate. For example: residency, regional, past-passenger, age-related requirements, etc.
The ItalianTourism.us Low Price Guarantee only applies to the cost of the cruise, including port charges. Additional items such as taxes, air or land add-ons, insurance, shipboard credits, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, onboard amenities, gift cards / certificates, cash back, and / or dollars off are not eligible.
All requests are at the sole discretion of and subject to approval by ItalianTourism.us. ItalianTourism.us decisions are final. To maintain the integrity of this policy, ItalianTourism.us cannot accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower fare.
Approved requests will receive credit to their booking credit card within 7-10 business days of approval, or via check. Bookings made with cash or checks do not qualify for the Low Price Guarantee.
Void where prohibited by law. ItalianTourism.us reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Low Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice or liability. Any cancellation of this program will be effective upon removal of references to the Low Price Guarantee and the Low Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
