Set in the kitchen of a typical villa Sorrentina, your pizza making class focuses on the essential techniques needed to create the perfect pizza.
Your special 3-course class also includes a typical Italian entrée and desert, all of which will be enjoyed on the pool terrace.
Entrée – Involtini di Peperoni or Parmigiana di Melanzane (depending on ingredients of the day)
Main – Pizza making (various toppings supplied, then cooked in the traditional wood fire oven)
